Kathy Hauge
Senior Living Manager
One Vision’s Glen Oaks Community welcomes Kathy Hauge as its new Senior Living Manager. She brings a strong background in senior care, including leadership in assisted living and experience as a mental health counselor.
Hauge’s top priority is building relationships with residents and ensuring their voices are heard. She plans to launch new wellness and nutrition initiatives, boost community engagement, and spread awareness of Glen Oaks’ public offerings – like Clear Lake’s only indoor pool.
“I’m proud to be part of One Vision, whose mission and values align closely with mine,” she emphasized. “This is a very well-respected organization with a clear vision of making sure everyone we serve is living a good life, and I’m excited to help guide it forward.”
