Kimberly Boyd

Property Manager

Kimberly Boyd is the Property Manager for Glen Oaks Community.  She joined One Vision in September 2019.  Prior to joining One Vision, Kim served as both an Operations Manager and Manager of a Memory Care/Assisted Living Community for five years. She was a mortgage loan officer for fourteen years and a General Manager for a Cosmetology Salon for fifteen years. Kim’s background includes being a Senior Airman in the Iowa Air National Guard where she served as a student leader. Kim lives in Clear Lake, Iowa with her husband, Jasper. Together they have 4 children and five grandchildren. Kim is an active member of the local Aging Services Coalition, an affiliate member with the local Board of Realtors and treasurer for River City Street Rods. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a BA in Finance and Banking.

Steven Story

Pool and Wellness Center Manager

Steven Story is the Pool and Wellness Center Manager at Boyer Pool and Wellness Center with One Vision.  He has over 8 years of experience with pool operation.  Steven graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Movement and Exercise Science.  Steven is an avid runner and is a 3:23 marathoner.  From 2015-2019 he was the Assistant Coach for Clear Lake Cross Country and is currently the Assistant Cross Country Coach at North Iowa Area Community College.  Steven is always exploring new hobbies and areas of interest like wood working, canoe building, and RC airplanes. Steven leads the Resident Sit and Be Fit program as well as all aspects of Resident Wellness.
